I had a mix of experiences during my stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and close to plenty of amenities, but the room was incredibly small. While the staff was welcoming and ensured security at night, the lack of facilities like a laundry and the cramped washroom made my stay less comfortable.

My stay in Penang was quite interesting. The location of the hotel was really nice, right in the heart of the city and close to essential places like the bus station and shopping spots. However, the room I got was very small-barely enough space to move around, and the washroom was cramped. Although the facilities were basic, I appreciated the value for the price I paid.
